Working hours:
Shift: Sunday to Friday, 07:30 AM – 01:00 PM
Pay rate: £12.00
Location: Erdington B23
Enhanced Adult barring Required
Responsibilities
- Individual must have experience and maintain a good working relationship with the team and clients
- Providing on site assistance to the Housing management team in the delivery of communications to our residents, ensuring mail is posted and notices are kept up to date
- Ensuring the correct and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment, cleaning materials and machinery is maintained in accordance with CoSHH and Health and Safety Executive requirements
- Work with team with the focus on maintaining the high standard of cleaning
