We are looking for a team to join an already busy company working within the community. This service is offered to people recovering from an illness or injury, those with disabilities or those who are frail and would benefit from short-term support. It is often delivered following discharge from hospital.
We are looking for individuals with a caring, patient nature that can make a person feel at ease. Provide the care that they need ensuring that all needs are met on the set appoitment.
To apply for this role you will need:
A full clean driving licence with your own car.
Be able to work between the hours of 7am -10pm covering weekends, and bank holidays.
Have previous experience in this role or simular role, medication aware.
Enhanced DBS.
