We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our clients team as a Machine Controller on an ad-hoc basis across the UK.
The Machine Controller will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the operations and performance of various machines.
- Monitoring machine functions.
- Making adjustments as needed, and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and control various machines.
- Set up and calibrate machines according to specific requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure machines operate at optimal levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production.
- Collaborate with machine operators and other team members to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
- Keep detailed records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents that occur.
- Comply with safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proven experience in operating and controlling machines in a construction setting.
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
