Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts: 6 AM – 2 PM & 2 PM – 10 PM) with flexibility

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and premises.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Actively participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient, safe, and productive workplace.
What You’ll Bring:
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Expertise in electro-mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
- Experience in TPM and continuous improvement processes.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of power presses and metal forming equipment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Welding and abrasive wheel training.
- Health and Safety Committee involvement.
Qualifications:
- Relevant engineering qualifications are required.
