- Seeking skilled Engineering Supervisors to lead a team in designing and implementing projects

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of engineers and provide guidance and mentoring on engineering projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that engineering projects align with overall business goals.
- Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the engineering department.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all engineering projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager, or similar role.
- Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, design, and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
