Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team based in Leeds. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers while driving sales performance. As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for onboarding new accounts, managing customer relationships, ensuring order fulfilment, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Account Onboarding:
- You will oversee the onboarding process for new clients and agents, ensuring a seamless transition and setup for the cutomer.
- You will be responsible for providing training and support for new accounts to ensure they are familiar with our clients products and services.
- You will be working to ensure maximum opportunity with the new account, through the onboarding process.
- Customer Contact and Management:
- your rolw will be to build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage consistent collaboration.
Order and Quote Management:
- Following up on orders, quotes, and reservations to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues.
CRM Administration:
- You will be expected to maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Utilise CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Business Development:
- Identify and target new accounts and agents to expand the company’s client base.
- Self generate leads and follow through on potential opportunities to grow revenue.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Provide detailed performance reports to management.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving processes and increasing sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales account management or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
The Package
- Competitive salary: Base salary of £27,000 with OTE of £40,000
- Summer hours offered between 1st June and 31st August.
