Residential Support Worker (Children and Young People)
Location: Nottingham (reasonable travel required)
Salary: £13 – £14 per hour (dependent on experience) + £60 per sleep-in shift

The young people we support come from diverse backgrounds, often facing challenges such as trauma, neglect, or family breakdowns. As a Residential Support Worker, you will bring consistency and care to their lives, meeting their individual needs and supporting them to thrive. What You’ll Need:
- A full UK driving license and access to your own transport.
- Be at least 21 years old (required by Ofsted regulations).
- Previous experience working with children or transferable care experience (personal or professional).
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and a willingness to learn.
