Residential Support Worker (Children and Young People)

Location: Nottingham (reasonable travel required)

Salary: £13 – £14 per hour (dependent on experience) + £60 per sleep-in shift

Supporting Young People from All Walks of Life

The young people we support come from diverse backgrounds, often facing challenges such as trauma, neglect, or family breakdowns. As a Residential Support Worker, you will bring consistency and care to their lives, meeting their individual needs and supporting them to thrive. You will also have the chance to work with children on bespoke care packages, tailoring your support to help them overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

  • A full UK driving license and access to your own transport.
  • Be at least 21 years old (required by Ofsted regulations).
  • Previous experience working with children or transferable care experience (personal or professional).
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people and a willingness to learn.
