Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Gas Team Leader Supervisor for an organisation based in Berkshire, on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Gas Team Leader:
- Oversee repair jobs and assign tasks to trade operatives.
- Supervise the efficient use of resources, including staff, materials and transportation.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, including skills assessments, toolbox talks, one-to-ones and van stock audits.
- Plan work schedules.
- Track individual staff productivity and work quality, identifying and addressing training and development needs when necessary.
- Ensure full adherence to Health and Safety policies
Essential Requirements of the Gas Team Leader:
- A relevant professional qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
