Nights: £12.66 per hour
Overtime x1.5 starts from £17.63
Overtime x2 starts from £23.50
Weekly Pay
Overtime Rate x1.5 apply after 37.5 Basic Hours
Overtime Rate x2 apply if you work Saturday/Sunday night.
Job Description:
As an Industrial Cleaner in the meat factory, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our production area. You will be responsible for cleaning machines, equipment, and ensuring the sanitation of the production floor to meet food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Your primary duties will revolve around:
Cleaning Machines: Making sure Factory machines are clean and keeping the production area tidy.
Working Together: Working well with co-workers to keep machines and production area clean and ready to use.
Knowing Products and Rules: Learning about the company’s products and following hygiene rules.
Staying Safe: Being careful with cleaning methods and telling someone if there’s a safety problem.
Keeping it Super Clean: Making sure everything is according to hygiene rules.
Job Type:
Temp to Perm, Ongoing with overtime opportunities.
The work environment is cool/chilled due the nature of the factory.
Requirements:
- Previous experience is a plus, but not essential as fully paid training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a hygiene team.
- Basic understanding of sanitation and safety procedures preferred.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
