Pay Rates:
Based on Performance, rates starts from:
Basic £13.42 per hour
Overtime x1.5 £18.77 per hour
Overtime x2 £25.02 per hour
Weekly Pay
Overtime Rate x1.5 apply after 37.5 or 42 Basic Hours depending on skills and department
Overtime Rate x2 apply if you come to work on Sunday.
Shifts:
Days: Monday to Friday, 7 am – finish (no longer than an 8-hour shift)

Job Description:
As a Boning Hall Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packaging beef products within the boning hall area of our factory. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the proper handling, packing, and labeling of beef products according to quality and safety standards. Chill environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack beef products according to established guidelines and procedures
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Conduct quality checks on packed products to maintain quality assurance
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors or team leads
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role within a food processing or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential, as fully paid training will be provided
