Senior Customer Service Advisor

My client is looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our team, managing the entire order process, providing after-sales support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £24,755 per annum (this increases on April 1st 2025)
Hours: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH after settling-in period)

Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, from inquiry to delivery, including after-sales support.
- Handle customer escalations and high-priority cases, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed on order progress, lead times, and any delays.
- Provide accurate quotations and ensure orders are processed efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good depth of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and work under pressure.
- Customer-first mindset with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in order management systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in promotional merchandise or a similar industry is an advantage.
